In order to assess different aspects of a material, we can offer additional measurements to explore the critical quality attributes of the material or formulation.
Blending (Formulation Design) – we can blend on site using our Turbula T2 mixer. We can carry out small scale manufacture and compaction testing to help speed up your development process. This can cover everything from additional lubrication blending to DC formulation blending.
Moisture testing – we have an IR moisture balance which can be used to assess the water content of materials. Water content and exposure to humidity can seriously affect the performance of tablet formulations. We can report on moisture content as part of humidity exposure experiments.
